1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or accessing under the supervision of a legal guardian, and that you agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

Zuriedge provides digital business tools including but not limited to: invoicing, business consulting, web development, digital marketing, and Web3/crypto integration solutions. Our backend infrastructure is powered by Alchemy for secure blockchain interactions — we act as a technology provider, not a financial institution or regulated bank.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for accuracy of all data entered (client details, amounts, wallet addresses) when creating invoices or transactions.
You agree not to use our platform for illegal activities, fraud, money laundering, or violation of any local/international laws.
You hold full responsibility for securing your account credentials, wallet keys, and private data — we never store or have access to your private keys.
You understand that cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible and subject to network fees and market volatility.

4. Invoicing & Payments

Our invoice generator is a tool to help you create and send requests for payment. We are not party to any contract between you and your clients. For payments made via our integrated systems (fiat or crypto):

Fiat payments are processed via third‑party gateways (Paystack, Flutterwave) — their terms apply.
Crypto payments are processed directly on the blockchain via Alchemy — we only display transaction status, we do not hold or move funds.
We are not liable for errors in wallet addresses, incorrect amounts, or failed transactions due to network issues.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, code, designs, logos, and tools on this site are property of Zuriedge Partners Ltd. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of our platform without written permission. You retain rights to your own data and invoices created using our tools.

6. Limitation of Liability

Zuriedge, its directors, or team members shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use our services — including loss of business, data, or funds. We provide our tools “as is” and do not guarantee uninterrupted or error‑free operation, though we strive for reliability.

7. Modifications & Termination

We reserve the right to update these terms, modify features, or discontinue services at any time. We may also suspend or terminate accounts that violate our policies or laws. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of courts in Nigeria.
